Agreement

By installing or using Neurorite (the "Extension") or visiting neurorite.pro (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension or Site.

Permitted use

The Extension is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not use the Extension in violation of applicable law, Chrome Web Store policies, or these Terms.

Free tier

Core noise features offered as free may remain free indefinitely. We may add, change, or remove free features with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Pro tier

Pro features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel according to the cancellation flow in your account or billing portal. Refunds, if any, follow the Stripe or platform refund policies and applicable law. Pricing and plan details are shown at checkout.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: abuse, overload, or interfere with the Extension or our systems; attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code except where permitted by law; use the Extension to harm others or violate third-party rights; or circumvent technical limitations or payment requirements.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Extension and Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neurorite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Extension or Site. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if you paid nothing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new Terms on the Site and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Extension or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
